Cookie Policy
Effective Date: May 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Tillr Go LLC, Tillr Pay LLC, and their affiliates ("Tillr," "we," "us," or "our") use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, logs, and similar technologies in connection with tillrhq.com, Tillr dashboards, mobile applications, storefronts, kiosks, APIs, and related services.
This policy supplements the Tillr Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
2. Categories We Use
Strictly Necessary. Required for login, account security, checkout, kiosk sessions, fraud prevention, load balancing, consent settings, and core Service operation. These cannot be disabled without affecting the Service.
Functional. Remember preferences such as theme, store selection, device configuration, saved UI state, and other merchant-facing settings.
Analytics and Performance. On Tillr public pages, privacy-safe conversion analytics run only after optional analytics consent. Conversion payloads use allowlisted event names and broad funnel context; they exclude form entries, personal or account identifiers, query values, notes, meeting links, and raw URLs. Declining does not affect account creation, demo booking, contact submissions, required Terms acceptance, or transactional communications.
Security and Fraud Prevention. Support authentication, abuse prevention, rate limiting, suspicious activity detection, audit logs, and payment or account security.
Advertising and Attribution. May help measure marketing campaigns, referral sources, or conversion events where used. Tillr does not use these technologies to sell merchant Customer Data.
Error Reporting, Replay, and Diagnostics. May capture technical metadata, logs, stack traces, network timing, sanitized event data, or limited session context to debug reliability and production issues. We configure these tools to reduce collection of sensitive data where practicable.
3. Retention
Cookie and local storage retention varies by purpose. Session cookies may expire when you close your browser or sign out. Persistent cookies and local storage may remain for a defined period to remember preferences, consent, security settings, device state, or analytics identifiers. Server logs, analytics events, security telemetry, and error reports are retained according to the Privacy Policy, legal requirements, security needs, and provider settings.
4. Third-Party Technologies
Tillr may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, observability, error reporting, customer support, messaging, payment connectivity, advertising attribution, AI/OCR processing, and security. These providers may set or read cookies or similar identifiers when needed to provide their services to Tillr or to you.
Payment, terminal, banking, communication, and embedded third-party services may also use their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies.
5. Your Choices
You can control many cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Some browsers and devices also provide privacy controls for tracking, advertising identifiers, or cross-site cookies.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies or local storage, parts of Tillr may not work, including login, checkout, dashboard sessions, kiosk operation, fraud prevention, payment workflows, and saved preferences.
Where legally required, Tillr will provide additional consent, preference, or opt-out mechanisms for analytics, advertising, or similar technologies. You can also contact [email protected] with questions.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and change the Effective Date above.
